Maryland CASA Association is the state organization for Maryland's Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) Programs. In partnership with our fifteen affiliated CASA programs, we work to ensure every victim of child abuse and neglect their right to grow up in safe and permanent homes. This mission is carried out through the efforts of professionally-trained volunteers, appointed by the court to speak up for the best interests of children who are under the protection of the courts.
